Learning to swim is an essential life skill and one that you should make a commitment to teaching to your child. Plus, swimming is an excellent way to exercise and often becomes a lifetime sport, even as people age.

Non Swimmer / Beginner Lessons

Children are ready for swimming lessons when they are 3 years old

By this age, most children can coordinate their movements allowing them to learn strokes and kick their feet, which are the key skills needed for successful swimming. In addition swimming lessons are essential for all children ages 3 and older in order to teach water safety skills.

Advanced Lessons

1 Hour

This level is suitable For children who:

  • Can swim at least 25 meters Front Crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke with very good techniques.

  • Can swim at least 100 meter continuously with recognisable swimming strokes (could be mixture of strokes).

  • Can swim 15-25 meters of  Butterfly.

  • Can dive with good technique in the deep end of the pool.

  • Can perform surface dives and pick objects up from the bottom of the pool in depth more than 2.00 m.

  • If your child can perform only some of these over shorter distances please contact us for advice

Adult & Child

The aim of these classes is, firstly, to promote water-confidence in children. From an early age, it is very important that children feel comfortable and safe in the water, adult & child lessons are an ideal introduction to the water whilst having their parents/guardians  accompany them.

To make lessons a fun learning experience, our fully qualified instructors use nursery rhymes during their lessons. This way, children enjoy doing different swimming-related practices, even more. Needless to say, these classes are an excellent environment for parents to spend quality time with your children and do fun activities together and its a great introduction into swimming and our group sessions.

Adult Lessons

1 Hour

Our adult lessons are suitable for those who want to improve their stroke technique or work on correct breathing. We can also help nervous adults get used to the water and work on overcoming their fears in a calm, relaxed environment.

Your never to old to learn a new and important life skill.
